They were very fast with my order even though the lady taking the order was also delivering. The food was fresh. The gentleman picking up trash stopped and had a brief conversation with me about the weather. It was very much appreciated. You don’t normally get this type of service and interaction at fast food places. Thank y’all!

They don’t care because they haven’t been trained to. Terrible, terrible service from a location that used to be stellar. I regret spending my money here. Note: Establishments that put onus on customers to make complaints real-time reinforce their lack of customer empathy. “Hey hungry customer that was just treated poorly, why didn’t you ask to speak to the manger on duty and possibly engage further with the apathetic staff? You don’t have anything better to do with your time.” Can’t unring the bell, just do better. Do a job you love so you can treat people better.
