    Order 2 medium pizza. As far as taste it was good. But the way it looked whwn it got here. Little disappointed

    Ordered 2 specific medium pizzas 🍕 with " NY crust " , but once delivered only 1 pizza had the requested crust and the other one was delivered with regular crust. I ended up on the phone with a very rude manager who tried to tell me that the NY crust is not available on medium pizzas ( so why even have the option when you order right ? ) and after I told him that one of the pizza DID have a NY crust , he just brushed me off and confirmed he had no intention to help me as customer. BUT here's the worst part though, I file immediately a complaint online, only to be offered a credit for the inconvenience, credit that i never received! And this is the third time that I had to complain about this place, with an obvious " bait and switch " fake credit probably offered just to shut you up. Time to find a new pizza place !
