  This store use to have better priorities. No longer freaky fast. Jimmy needs to change the slogan from freaky fast to average. Disappointing how crappy its gotten.

  I ordered online for instore pickup. Upon arriving my order was placed on table where they sit the pick up orders. I had a combo. My chips was not in the bag and my drink was not made. I also ordered a pickle and a cookie and neither was in there as well. No medium lids at drink station. Had to wait in line and ask for one of those as well. This defeated the whole purpose of ordering online. Just for me to come in and have to bag/ask for everything. Given it was 4 workers in store!

  I’m done with this location. First off I’d like to say that I have a hard time hearing when kids are screaming in the background or other loud background noises. The woman behind the counter spoke so quietly even after I asked her several times to repeat herself, she would just say it again not getting any louder. I finally left it with my wife to finish our order and walked away. She was extremely rude and acted as if she would rather be anywhere but at work. She was playing on her phone the whole time and the guy ahead of us had a time trying to get her attention as well as several people after us. Her whole attitude was terrible and has no business at the front counter greeting customers. This woman stayed on her phone the whole time while all the other employees were busy working. I will say that our order was exactly what we ordered and the food tasted good.

  We enjoy going to Jimmy John's. It's familiar. The sandwiches are good and reliable. I had one of the toasted sandwiches. Very delicious. I enjoyed it!! Tasted great!!
