My family isn’t really into casino games, but I often come here just to enjoy Bambu—and it’s always worth the visit. Tonight was especially great. Our server from the Philippines was incredibly sweet, friendly, and made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be back!

The service and atmosphere are outstanding. We did not need a reservation for Sunday night but even a little after 5pm many tables were full. I had General Tso with fried rice. The portion is huge and chicken is was tender but crispy on the outside. Hubs had the Shaken beef & fried rice. Steak could literally be cut with a fork. The fried rice was just ok - tasted like the frozen kind which was a disappointment. We brought home leftovers. It is on the expensive side but most restaurants are in a casino. We always have food credit at Margaritaville and sometimes don’t use it but from now on it will always be spent at Bamboo even if we order take out.
