  I walked into the restaurant. I placed myself at a table I sat patiently for 10 minutes. A porter placed a menu on my table and said a server will be with you. I waited an additional 15 minutes. Other guests arrived and were taking care of. I politely walked out.

  The pho here is truly the best. The quality of the meat is excellent, and the soup is rich, flavorful, and comforting. My family isn’t really into casino games, but I often come here just to enjoy Bambu—and it’s always worth the visit. Tonight was especially great. Our server from the Philippines was incredibly sweet, friendly, and made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be back!

  We’ve been going to Margaritaville for a few years and have been cheating ourselves by never trying Bamboo Asian Cafe until last night. The service and atmosphere are outstanding. We did not need a reservation for Sunday night but even a little after 5pm many tables were full. I had General Tso with fried rice. The portion is huge and chicken is was tender but crispy on the outside. Hubs had the Shaken beef & fried rice. Steak could literally be cut with a fork. The fried rice was just ok - tasted like the frozen kind which was a disappointment. We brought home leftovers. It is on the expensive side but most restaurants are in a casino. We always have food credit at Margaritaville and sometimes don’t use it but from now on it will always be spent at Bamboo even if we order take out.
