I get to the front of the line the girl asked me what was my order as she is handing me someone else order I said this isn't mine well she grab another cup and was told add this she did it and gave it to me well that wasn't mine either. I asked to just be refund because it was the right thing or right size its a small I didnt order that the manager tells me I cant find your order. Im showing her the transaction on my card she hands me a card for a free medium coffee and says yea sorry im super busy and dont have time to find it! Im livid! I get that things happen and can go wrong but thats was super unprofessional. Calling corporate to report things is also a waste of time the number has prompts but nobody answers

Unfortunately we were in Lane 1 where a young white female stood there waiting for each vehicle to leave before taking an order. When we finally took our order and was time to pay I let my girlfriend handle the tablet for pay and tip. The young lady made a comment women tip better than men anyway. Upset us both so we said something about it, when order came out she made sure someone gave us the order, so my girlfriend tipped her instead.
