  Alex was amazing first time at the seven brew in bossier or in Louisiana . I’m from Texas . Best experience I’ve ever had . Very respectful and helpful . Will be back for Alex . Thankyou .

  Please, please, PLEASE start training your brewista's to go back to taking orders for multiple cars at a time instead of the one at the front only. One of the reasons that I became a loyal 7 Brew customer was the speed, but if they are only taking one order at a time it takes FOREVER to get through the line and if you are on the inside line (because it was shorter) you cannot leave if you expected it to be speedy service like it is supposed to be. I just watched about 10 cars have their orders taken one at a time, wait for their order and then the next car in line. I have been in line for 20 minutes and JUST had my order taken which is not normal and not the reason why I started coming here daily. Otherwise I would give this place a 5 star review.

  I try not to write reviews unless they are positive. However this is the 2nd day in a row that my order was incorrect. This was my go to place for coffee but no more. Everything about this place is lacking and full of teenagers who could care less about providing quality service. Yesterday I ordered a chilled honey bun macchiato and had to ask for the topping to be added. I guess someone assumed I didn't want it even though I have ordered this drink several times before. The young lady who brought it to the car did not have a pleasant attitude at all. Today I ordered the same thing and was first given the incorrect size and they failed to add the topping again. When I did receive what was suppose to be my order it tastes horrible like they just mixed anything with it to make it a large. Please, please if you don't want to do your job and your attitude is not pleasant find a place of employment where customer service and pride in your work is not in the job description or at least implied as a requirement for the job.

  Coffee is really good! As well as the smoothies. However, this is the 2nd time this week that I sat in line watching workers chatting with people they knew at the front. Orders backing up and they're just chatting alone for 5-10 minutes. You're at work. Its not time to socialize with your mom, aunt, cousin, brother, etc. My coffee was already starting to cool because it was ready long before the car in the front pulled off.

  I would love to write a good review for this bossier city location however unfortunately I cannot. I was visiting from out of state and stopped to get 3 medium coffees and a muffin top, all were amazing but today when I was on my bank account saw I was charged $46.37!!!! Now my family frequently goes to 7 brew almost daily, just a week ago I ordered 2 medium iced coffees and after tax and tip I paid $15.56. I didn’t know that adding an extra coffee and muffin top would cost another $30+. I’ve tried calling but all numbers go to the corporate office and after 7 calls no one has answered. I have an idea of two different options as to why it happened and I’m hoping it’s the better of the two but I guess I’ll never know since I can’t get ahold of anyone at this location or with corporate. Next time I will definitely be paying more attention to what is going on.
