  I had no issues with the previous manager, Jennifer, but ever since she has left this new manager, Charles customer service and professionalism is extremely poor. I have ordered three times and I’ve had an issue with every single order either it be overcooked or It’s missing ingredients. This past weekend I ordered and they claimed that they didn’t have my delivery address after one hour of waiting for the order and then they decided to not deliver my order at all and just refund me because I asked for a discount for the inconvenience. Charles does not go all above and beyond for customer service, he blames the customer he’s rude and he has hung up in my face of multiple times . I spoke directly to the manager, Charles and he stated it was my responsibility to give them my address and I know for a fact that’s false . Unbelievable . Whoever the area manager is needs to get a handle on this situation.

  Not worth the headach to deal with this store. This was my last time ordering from this pizza hut. Spend money for delivery to get half your order. No hey we're sorry well send someone out to fix it. They offered a store credit instead of refund. I felt like I had to insist to get my refund.

  An employee told me about a deal that wasn't actually there and when I called to ask about it I was put on hold and then hung up on and then I called again and was asked to provide personal information before they could just tell me what was going on with the deal. I showed up in person and the room was so loud and echoey that I could barely talk to the person at the register and they kept saying some sort of explanation that Did not make sense and I could not understand.
