There’s a train that often stops near the restaurant, and unfortunately, it delayed me about 20 minutes. When I finally arrived, the staff told me they were closed and were already leaving, even though my order was placed on time. I understand closing procedures, but customers who order before closing should still be able to pick up their food. Very disappointing experience — I hope management improves communication and customer service for future guests.
