    Just ordered the Double Quarter Meal and got home to cut the patties for my doggie and the meat is not fully cooked! I called the restaurant and was unsuccessful in getting someone to answer.

    I seem to hear more negative things instead of positive things, so I wanted to post something positive. Big shout out to Ms. Stephanie & Ms. Keisha at the Belle Chasse location. My son is a freshman and usually works weekends. He has had some issues in school 🙄. I went up there to rearrange his schedule from weekends to three weekdays. They did it with no issues and actually told me, "Yeah, we keep telling our high schoolers school comes first." Thank you, ladies. I appreciate everything.

    I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder Meal with a 10 piece nuggets, and I waited for over 30 mins for my order and when I get back to work to eat it, my double quarter pounder had lettuce, tomatoes and whatever (I assume it is a deluxe). I did not order a deluxe, I ordered a plain Jane double quarter pounder meal only. Every time I come here my order is always wrong! Y’all have ONE job to make orders correctly and can’t even get that right. I’m done with this place.
