The beans were actually really good and the virgin coconut drink was delicious, but the enchilada sauce tasted like it came from a jar rather than something freshly made. We also ordered the small queso dip and it reminded us of Kraft macaroni and cheese in soup form, which was not our favorite. We are from Houston so we usually compare everything to the Tex Mex over there. This place would not make our top ten list, but we were at least glad to finally try it before leaving so we know we were not missing anything special. We came on a Friday night and it was not packed at all. There were only a few tables occupied. Our server was very attentive and did a great job, although the slower night might have helped with that. If you want a place to hang out, drink, and enjoy the atmosphere, this is probably perfect. The restaurant is colorful and has a fun bar area. If you are a foodie looking for high quality Tex Mex, this is probably not the place for you. I still give it four stars for the service and the drinks.

Donna has been our server a couple times and she’s great, very attentive and kind. I recommend if you’re in the Belle Chasse area.

I enjoy seeing them every time I come here for lunch. Food is delicious, big portions, and comes out fast. Service is great and attentive.
