I ordered some wings through their app. specifically 10 bone in lemon pepper wings and only received 5 wings. I called the store the same night over and over and got an automated message. Called the next day and nobody answered the phone. Left a survey and asked to be contacted about my order and still almost 2 weeks to date have not had anyone contact me.i do not like paying for things I don’t receive and they do not seem to have any worry about taking someone’s money and not giving them what they paid for. My fries were nasty as heck i asked for extra searing and didn’t get that. Only thing worth mentioning is the carrots and celery w the ranch. Terrible.

I order 15 boneless they were very small they gave me a small amount of fries and I order 3 extras ranch and they did NOT give me nothing of the ranch, when they took like 40 min to take my order just bad over all but I pay 38.34. Dollars but when it’s come to the pay u gotta give the exact amount so disappoint.

Wingstop #1358 on Florida Blvd in Baton Rouge gave me a very frustrating experience. I accidentally placed an online carryout order and immediately called to cancel it. The assistant manager, Fanny, assured me it would be canceled and refunded with no problem.
Based on that, I placed a second order for delivery. After not receiving any refund or confirmation, I called back and was told by Andrea Washington that they do not issue refunds and that my original order was already prepared. She stated that only the district manager could approve a refund.
This was extremely inconvenient and misleading. I would not have placed a second order if I had been given accurate information from the start. Poor communication and inconsistent customer service made this a disappointing experience.
