    0/5 . I never went through this at any fast food. I get there around 10:20 and there’s a sign covering the screen that saying no breakfast only lunch which was fine with me so I continue to order what I want and I was added up prices as I go so when I was told the total I was kind of confused because I only got three things but as I get to the window I just paid for it and I didn’t get a receipt she didn’t even ask me if I wanted a receipt but she told me to wait behind the pole so as im waiting behind the pole I get on Wendy’s app and add up everything I got and it was $26 but I paid $33 so I was confused so I asked for receipt which she had sitting at the window and she gave it to me after she had gave me my food and she hurried up and closed the window and had walked away so I look at the receipt before I go and there’s an extra drink on there and an extra frosty and I was only given one frosty so I said something because all I saw was the frosty and she asked did I want it and I said yeah then I saw the drink and i’m like no I can’t do this because that’s two things extra not one so now yall stealing and that wasn’t no mistake so I asked for a refund she walks away and comes back and asked me to go wait for my refund because I was making there time go up so I go around and i’m waiting for a lil minute and I know refunds don’t take that long so I’m mad so my bf go inside and now he taking a minute to come out so I went inside they trying to remake the food and take off what we didn’t order so I told them I don’t want a remake refund me so they did. and that extra frosty rung up on there she was eating it in my face ! ask for yall receipts don’t let people steal from yall and don’t let them tell yall they can’t do a refund because they can . it was on them. CONTROL THEM PEASANTS YALL GOT WORKING FOR YALL ! I shouldn’t go through this .

    0/5 . the worst fast food experience I ever had. I get to Wendy’s at about 10:20 and there’s a sign saying they not serving breakfast anymore which was fine with me so I order what I wanted and it came out to be $33 but I look at prices when ordering so I knew that wasn’t right but still paid. I get on the Wendy’s app and add up my order it was $26 so now I’m mad and I asked for my receipt which I didn’t get was even offered when I paid and she had it sitting at the window and when she gave it to me she hurried up and closed the window and walked away because she knew she did something wrong so I look at and only notice one thing extra on there which was a frosty and I was like yeah I’ll just take the frosty then I see the drink too and im like yeah no I can’t take this because they stealing so I asked for a full refund and she tell me drive around they’ll bring it to me . minutes go by nothing so my bf went inside and they saying they can’t do a full refund but they can take off what we didn’t have so I go inside and I got an attitude and ask for a refund which I got ! but all that stealing and giving the runaround I don’t play like that. don’t steal from me and take off what I don’t have and still give me the food no give me my money I shouldn’t have went through this . get them workers in line.

    Just drove away from the drive thru at 2:14 pm on a Wednesday because they’ll just ignore you at the speaker. This is the third time in a month I’ve left wothout food because my lunch break just isn’t long enough to wait for them. I tried calling the store from the drive thru and they don’t answer the phone either. So frustrating to waste your lunch break waiting to order food but never actually being able to order it or eat before going back to work.

    After ordering online I arrived at the drive thru, upon pulling up to the window I was aggressively ordered to drive forward. After which I proceeded to wait around 15 mins for my two MELTED frostys dare I say “meltys” and my 10 pc chicken nuggets. Just a bit disappointed that I ordered two frostys and received room temperature chocolate milks posing as frostys.In addition my chicken nuggets were noticeably undercooked, with barely any breading at all. At the end of this, there was not even a single apology or sorry for the poor service. The only redeeming factor was them giving me spoons when we came back asking for them.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. My boyfriend went and got us a snack around 10:15, says they close at 1am. Perfect. He starts by ordering two snickerdoodle frostys. “We aren’t making them right now, just chocolate and vanilla.” When they could’ve made it, they just didn’t want to? But then he orders nuggets, chili, and a small fry. Looks and tastes like the fries have been sitting there for hours. Chili was cold like the heater was turned off, spicy nuggets were cold. Only thing that was hot was the regular nuggets and even then they didn’t the correct sauce. Wasn’t even 10:30 yet, why are they getting stuff ready for closing time so soon. Food should still be hot and made fresh. Should still make a frosty if someone orders one. Absolutely won’t go again, suggest you spend money else where!
