It is a shame!! College drive Wendy’s-
Drank some of the chocolate frosty - yuck! Never did I have a frosty so thinned. It seemed watered down - threw it out. The Dave burger was not warmed and not dressed properly.
I asked for extra lettuce hardly any lettuce - the fries were ok. They were not even busy today, Tuesday April 7, 2026, around 5:10pm. The salad I ordered is for tomorrow. I used to enjoy Wendy's burgers but totally disappointed today however, the woman who took my order was great- awesome customer service. If I did not drive away to eat the food I would have brought it back. Do better that burger was my dinner.

I had cars that skip the line in front of me and behind me.
It's amazing how slow y'all move.
It's almost impressive.
Maybe if you keep moving slower they'll keep giving you less and less staff at night thinking you're slower and slower until you can never handle the business.

Pull up the place and order for a Frosty swirl. Again they rang me up for a frosty fusion. This time I catch it before they charge me and I correct it.
I pull up to the window They have my Frosty fusion waiting for me but they're not going to the window can't figure out why.
Eventually they told me that their system decided not to work. They then close the window come back 5 minutes later and ask me to pull around to the front and to wait for 5 minutes or to go around and place an order again when the system comes back up.
All while they're holding my frosty in their hand.
I sit there and contemplate whether or not I want to pull around or leave, and I guess I got "lucky" and the system came back online.
Seriously, your team doesn't know how to take orders for frosty swirls, and the concept of customer service is a foreign thing for them.
They regularly ask people to pull up and pull back to trick your system so it looks like they're getting better service times than they are.
Really you can improve a lot and you'd probably make a lot more money that way

Ask for a swirl got charged for a fusion. Wasn't given a receipt. Had to notice my bank statement to see the problem.
