  I work nearby at the prison & so I’m forced to eat nearby. Literally the WORST service. Never fails, they consistently forgot part of my order, are rude as possible, and when they DO give me my entire order. It looks like the picture…. Half ass. Not a speck of cinnamon to be found, tacos are always wrong, rude about hot sausage IF they even give you any. At this point, it’s between them and churches across the street for who has the worst service imaginable. Def worth driving further and eating elsewhere if possible. Avoid if you can. OH! And I forgot to mention that every single time I go to the drive thru, I’m told to pull around (get off their timer) and wait in the parking lot.

  Taco Bell #042614 on Hollywood St in Baton Rouge provided a very poor experience. After placing my order in the drive-thru, I was instructed to pull around and ended up waiting over 30 minutes for my food. At no point was I informed there would be such a long delay, which was very frustrating. In addition, the customer service was unacceptable. The cashier had a negative and argumentative attitude, making the situation even worse. Overall, the lack of communication and poor service made this a very disappointing visit.

  THE WORST TACO BELL I'VE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE! But this is Baton Rouge so what do we expect? It's brand new and it's not even clean which is crazy. Theyre also sloppy with making orders do better

  The evening shift is horrible. I have ordered twice on the online app at around 9:30pm-10:00pm. The 1st incident I ordered on the app got to the restaurant and was told the computers were down but the app allowed me to order. I was able to cancel the order while at the drive thru window and was refunded. Second incident I’ll give it another try, 03/03/26 9:30pm-10:00pm, I ordered in the app once again 2 mini taco salads extra meat add sour cream and cinnamon churros. I pulled up for pickup same young lady as the first visit mumbles something about “only having soft tacos”. I told her I placed an in app order. Drives forward get my order and the sign should have been the bag was cold! Pulled into my driveway open the bag the mini taco salads ONLY HAD LETTUCE AND CHEESE, WTH! The churros was COLD and horrible! Same crew from the 1st visit! It did no good to renovate a building and the food and service is TRASH!
