  ALL Taco Bell Restaurants should post that if you go into the place you HAVE to order from the kiosk. (But if you drive thru, you just tell them what you want. I'm not sure what their end game is supposed to be. )

  I went there on my lunch break about 8:00 and got a number 1 that order was not cook to the right texture and was cold and rubbery I could not eat that food at all who ever push that order should be shot I really hope I don’t get sick from this food I waste my money and I threw the food away because I was already back at work

  Stuck at the drive thru at midnight because their AI wouldn't "catch" my request order over and over again. Tried multiple combinations of words and it just didn't understand. Backed up and left.
