  My grilled cheese burrito quite literally tastes like mop water and you know exactly what I’m talking about. I could be over exaggerating but I’m not. I was so excited to try but now I feel sick. Please don’t eat from this location. $22 for two burritos btw I could’ve cooked.

  Last night, I ordered two beefy 5-layer burritos. The tortillas were dried around the edges and the burritos were hot on the outside but cold (below room temperature) in the middle. They obviously had been microwaved from frozen, or at least prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator. I had already driven away and didn't have time to come back and complain. Isn't the food supposed to be prepared fresh to order? Also, the automated ordering system had initially messed up my order, and only recorded one burrito when I had ordered two. A human did come on and fix the order, but after getting the food, I was sorry I insisted on two.

  With the prices they are charging, they make it seem like they have some high quality food. You might as well go to a real Mexican resturaunt rather than buying this low quality, expensive, abysmal serviced food chain.

  This place is disgusting… they really sold me a taco salad that was stale and the ingredients were spoiled. I almost threw up when I took a bite, this is not the first time the taco shells have been stale either.

  Decided to go ahead and order dinner since they had the new guacamole nachos fries. My order was almost 45$ . All I got was a single nacho fry, old, hard, and cold, no drinks or lg freezie. My wife got her food. I did not. It was trash. All of it. Shame too ,man! I love taco bell. Uber gave back 14.00 of the 45.... All the way around wknt make that mistake again. The driver couldn't even put his phone down to realize he was trying to hand me a burger king bag... the whole wrong order.
