Staff is friendly on occasion but do not listen at all, I've had multiple sandwiches thrown in the toaster without me asking. They charge you for extra cheese and they give you nothing. Got sandwiches with a buddy and he said it was the worst sandwich he'd ever had, a cold meatball sub. Severe lack of communication that hasn't changed in the months that this management has been in charge. Not going to this establishment again for sure.

And the footlong is the worst I have ever experienced, it was so dry and they didn’t add all of the required sauces. I will never order there again. Yuukkkkyy🤮
