  Food was fine. I made a pickup order and went to get it and they said it was not in their system. They asked if I was at the correct location and I said yes and told them the address. They never got it. First time we pressed the button we were completely ignored after he said hed start the order. Not to mention the employee was extremely rude and snippy. And so, I did get snippy back, I get its late, but im being respectful and just want to figure out what is going on. We press the call button again after no response for 20 mins. We said we're still waiting on a pick up order and havent been told what's going on. He was extremely rude and was like *sigh* " WHATS THE ORDER" and I said "Excuse me?" Told him the name and said I have the conformation order and everything. Took almost 2 hours to get food that was supposed to be ready in 5 mins. Manager finally came out. Super sweet I told her that I dont appreciate being talked to like trash by the employee I was speaking to. She apologized, gave me a discount and made the food fresh. Currently still trying to get customer service to gove me a refund on the pickup order. But, I wont be coming back to this location, took way too long, rude employees, and just overall a mess. The manager did great however

  These ppl are so slow I wanted to place a order eo came at 115pm it's 130pm..I would never come her again I think I deserve something.Thw workers act like they don't wanna work

  We have been there 4 times and each time had a very long wait. And food has always been terrible. Got ice cream and it tasted like ice and baking soda. We will not be back.

  I placed an order for two drinks at 6:56 PM. By 7:16 PM, I still had not received them. I pressed the red button to check on the status of my order and received no response. I pressed it again, and the conversation went as follows: Me: I’m checking on the status of my order. Employee: Ma’am, I don’t know what you ordered. Me: Two drinks at 6:56. Employee: We’re short staffed. Me: Okay, can I cancel the order and receive a refund? Employee: If you paid with a card. Me: That’s fine. I’d like to cancel. Employee: No response. Based on this interaction, it did not seem like there was any intention of completing my order. Had I continued waiting, I believe I would not have received it. I have already contacted customer service to request a refund. However, I feel it is important to note the lack of communication and follow-through regarding customer orders.
