Pulled up to order at the drive thru and was told “orders are on hold”. Told them I would wait. I asked for a large meal, they rang up medium, asked for Coke but they gave me sprite, asked for fries and they gave me tots. These employees act like you’re bothering them by ordering from the restaurant. Terrible customer service, franchise owner is probably losing a ton of money, lost mine…

If you’re looking to turn a quick drink run into a 25-minute waiting game, this is the Sonic for you.
We placed a mobile order scheduled for 6:46 PM. Checked in, waited until 6:50… nothing. Pressed the button and were told someone was coming out “soon.” Spoiler: they were not.
After another 15 minutes (and two more button presses), we STILL didn’t have our drinks. We finally went inside, only to be told they were “already on the way to the car”—which was news to us, since we’d been sitting there the entire time.
The apology? Barely existent. The service? Even worse.
Amazing how two drinks can take this much effort. Avoid this location unless you have time to waste.

DO NOT come to the Siegen Ln location if you want to actually receive your order. It took 23 mins for me just get a mango flavored sprite today. Pressed the red button on the stall 10 mins after I was told my order was "on its way" just to see if maybe it was sent to the wrong car. The woman on the speaker asked my name and as I was trying to tell her what happened, she rudely snapped and said its on its way and turned off the speaker. 11 minutes after that I decided to go through the drive thru and asked if I could just pick up my order at the window. Turns out my drink order was never made and the cashier had to make it. Horrible experience, horrible customer service. I wish I could give negative ⭐️'s
