  Very disappointing experience. I saw a previous review mentioning Ms. Janice, and unfortunately I had a similar encounter. Despite being the only customer in line, she intentionally took her time taking my order. The portions were very small, and when I asked for a little more chicken, I was told it would be an upcharge. Even something as simple as asking for more lettuce or rice was met with a rude and dismissive attitude. Her overall demeanor was unpleasant and completely took away from what used to be a great experience. I used to enjoy coming here because the staff was friendly, but that has clearly changed. On top of that, the professionalism and cleanliness have declined. The employee preparing my food had his pants sagging to the point where his underwear were visible, which is completely inappropriate in a food setting. His apron was also extremely dirty and was slightly touching the food he was preparing as he leaned forward to grab additional food items. I’ve also noticed a lack of basic hygiene practices like hair nets, and I’ve unfortunately received food with hair in it before. While the food itself is still good, it’s not worth dealing with the poor attitudes and lack of professionalism from certain staff members, especially Ms. Janice. I will not be returning as long as this continues.

  Is the order I placed an order online to have curbside service no one never brought out my order. So I go inside to pick up the order and Rene the cashier or whatever she is at the time has the nastiest attitude. I only asked why I didn’t get my order and can I get some hot chips. If you do not offer curbside service, then you need to remove that option!

  My boyfriend and I came to this establishment for the very first time on Sunday 03/29/2026. The manager who was a light skinned woman was on the line with 2 of her employees. She had a very nasty attitude all the while slamming the food down. She even was short tempered with the 2 young employees on the line with her. She was more worried about fulfilling the online orders rather than concentrating on the line of people that were patiently waiting. My veggies that she raised her voice and told me that would be ready in a min.Was not cooked throughly. This was very unacceptable and unprofessional. It was our very first time trying this restaurant and due to the horrible customer service experience it will the last and only time we will come here.

  It’s always good and way better than chipotle!! I never go to chipotle only Qdoba the steak is so much better and the queso too
