  Please save yourself the disappointment. Ordered 2 brooklyn bombers and was given 2 random sandwiches. The workers are so rude. I try to give places the benefit of the doubt despite bad reviews but this place unfortunately deserves their low rating. Total overhaul needed.

  I used to love eating here; the service was great, the food was delicious, and the best part was that I could get a bagel with everything I wanted on it for around $10. I came by today and had some of the worst service I’ve experienced. The receipt on my bag lists the employee’s name as Caly L. Whoever this mystery person was had the rudest demeanor for absolutely no reason, butchered my order, and then, when I asked to correct it, she attempted to charge me extra for what was already on the bagel. This whole shenanigan was then layered on top of it; in the middle of ordering, she decided to bark out “start your order over” in the rudest way possible. I understand that it may not be the easiest job to deal with hungry college students day in and day out, but what’s not hard is to fake a smile, pay attention to your customers' orders, and actually understand how to ring up items in your ticketing system. I don’t need a love poem or a new car, just good service if you’re going to charge me almost $30 for two bagels.

  BEST BAGEL IVE HAD IN YEARS!! crunchy outside with soft and chewy interior. Just the right amount of cream cheese, and the herb/garlic cream cheese is soooo flavorful. They gave me just the right amount of ice to keep my cold brew cold but not deplete my coffee supply. Great prices, under $4 for a bagel with smear and under $4 for the coffee, with a tip my lunch/coffee came out to $10!!! The service was great and fast!

  The woman working the counter was rude and uninviting, not smiling even once and getting irritated when I asked for my frappe for the first time over 10 minutes after ordering. 5 minutes after my mom asking the second time for it and her acting peeved again, she put it on the counter and didn’t say anything. When I picked it up it was barely blended. I couldn’t drink it through a straw at all and was crunching on ice. I drank what I could and then threw it away. There was no music playing in the store for some reason. My bacon egg and cheese was dry and barely had any of the ingredients on it. I’ve never left a review on anything ever but this service ruined my otherwise great morning.
