  Standing in the lobby for 10 minutes and employees don't even care about people waiting in the lobby. Clock is still ticking. It's pathetic. Would be nice to be greeted when entering, let alone the staff acknowledging your existence in the building.

  I just left this location. I pulled up to the window to pick up the food and the lady must have asked me to move up but I was on the phone with my grandmother and I guess I didn't hear her and she immediately gets an attitude with me simply because I didn't hear. I've never seen someone act so rude for something so simple. All she had to do is ask again and I would have moved up. It's not that serious I was on speakerphone with my grandmother and I did not hear. Kudos to the gentlemen, I'm guessing he's the manager tonight who tried to make it right but I just didn't trust eating the food after someone like that was giving it to me so I asked for my refund and told him they can keep their food. It sucks cuz I go to this location all the time and I just don't know if I'll be back now

  Have gone here twice for the breakfast burrito. They ask what type of sauce I want at the drive through. I have said hot both times. They gave me mild. I throw those away. What a waste. If you're not going to give me what I want, why ask?

  one of the worst locations. almost always getting orders wrong. the food is barely fresh for how long you have to wait to get it
