  8009 florida blvd location needs to retrain their guys. There is always a young man playing around his nose and taking orders and touching food. Here today I ordered a frappe and the young male manager that was in today with the nails done handed me a frappe with a large bugger on it. So I dont know if it was him or the other guy that is always playing around his nose. I am disgusted and lost my appetite. I should've brought it back but I instantly just wanted to wash my hands when I made it home cause I felt the need to throw up. I am disgusted!!! Please retrain yall guys on etiquette and hand washing

  You go there for breakfast They say they stop at 10:30 but you’re there at 10:25. Then you say you want to order lunch. They say wait till 11. Plus the whole crew got attitude.

  The young lady that taken your order and money, has a nasty attitude. She should stay in bed. Very bad customer service.

  Worst McDonald's ever. Rude and disrespectful. Attitudes were insane. Person in the window lost and confused. Wrong orders being handed out. It was already taking forever to get to the speaker. To then be told I will be right with you. Now waiting another 5min at the speaker. I had mobile order and took 15 to 20 min for the order. No apologies for the long wait, nothing.
