- PPPopbloMar 9, 20261.0TERRIBLE. Don’t even waste your time or ya damn money. They had a worker talkin to somebody right outside the door when the dine was supposed to be closed. Then they made people wait at the speakers for 20 mins. How you close 20 mins early! Then when I tell them that I been put a mobile order in, they tell me there is nothing they can do. Then they even answered me when I got to the speaker, then when I read my code, they went ghost. I pull up to the window, nobody has a headset on. Everybody needs to be fired from here. Then it was the manager who told me that. She old and wanna be grumpy because she working fast food. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else cause these people don’t even deserve to be open or your money. Need to boycott this store

- MKMarielle KingFeb 6, 20261.0This McDonald’s use to be one of the best McDonald’s in Baton Rouge . Now I wouldn’t eat there if it was the last place open in Baton Rouge. They have the worse attitudes at this McDonald’s. I uber eat an order and I put in the wrong address so I needed to call the restaurant to tell them I need to cancel. When the girl picked up the phone I said I have an Uber Eats order and she was like ok hung the phone up. I called back and was trying to explain I needed to the cancel order, she cut me off and had an attitude by saying”baby okay” and hung up in my face then she took the phone off the receiver. I had to re order all kind of stuff, always missing food, always a long wait, always an attitude. And it’s from the front counter to the drive thru.
