  We ordered 2 number 8 which is the fish meal. When we got home and found they had given us Double cheese burgers and chicken nuggets we did not order. Some body got our order. When I called they never said they were sorry. They wanted us come back, but we live too far away. Making a mistake is one thing but to not care is wrong.

  spent 15 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break waiting in the drive-thru, only to finally reach the speaker and be told rudely that they weren’t taking drive-thru orders at that time, only walk-ins. This should have been communicated before customers were left waiting in line. Very frustrating experience, especially on a limited break.

  Huge thanks to the man that gave my mommy fresh fries tonight he was nice I gave the other fries back and he replaced them I’m so appreciative. He was polite and thank you so much

  The manager on duty that day was super nice and was working the front. She was bagging orders for drive thru and the front counter. We could hear telling her crew to check and make sure special orders were made correct before they went out. She really has a handle on things. A lot of McDonald's lately there employees seem to be doing whatever and not really trying to help customers. It was a pleasant change.
