- LLLP5 days ago1.0After ordering online I arrived at the drive thru, upon pulling up to the window I was aggressively ordered to drive forward. After which I proceeded to wait around 15 mins for my two MELTED frostys dare I say “meltys” and my 10 pc chicken nuggets. Just a bit disappointed that I ordered two frostys and received room temperature chocolate milks posing as frostys.In addition my chicken nuggets were noticeably undercooked, with barely any breading at all. At the end of this, there was not even a single apology or sorry for the poor service. The only redeeming factor was them giving me spoons when we came back asking for them.

He starts by ordering two snickerdoodle frostys. “We aren’t making them right now, just chocolate and vanilla.” When they could’ve made it, they just didn’t want to? But then he orders nuggets, chili, and a small fry. Looks and tastes like the fries have been sitting there for hours. Chili was cold like the heater was turned off, spicy nuggets were cold. Only thing that was hot was the regular nuggets and even then they didn’t the correct sauce. Wasn’t even 10:30 yet, why are they getting stuff ready for closing time so soon. Food should still be hot and made fresh. Should still make a frosty if someone orders one. Absolutely won’t go again, suggest you spend money else where!
