  I absolutely love this location! Any and every time I visit, the store is clean and the people are friendly. If the owners are present, they always make time to engage in pleasant conversation. This is my go to whenever I am in town!:)

  I ordered this from door dash. I paid for a smoothie and they gave my driver the wrong drink. This drink didn't have a lable and it looked like a regular soda, I took a sip so I didn't waste what I was given and it was a tea that had my allergen in it. I had to go to then leave work, and then then go to the er. Please label all of your drinks. I understand mistakes happen and people sometimes get the wrong thing. Im not mad about this. I'm upset because fruit allergies are very common and this could have been avoided

  I come here a lot so I am very disappointed an my quesadilla was undercooked cheese not melted . I also use to work here to not this location but I understand how it works an it just unacceptable. I’m am also pregnant so my food not being right really makes me wanna cry ! Cause I can’t eat it .

  I honestly dislike this location , as long as i been eating at tropical smoothie this location is the worse one i ever attended, worse attitudes & act like the never want to be at work , they never welcoming

  This is by far the worst tropical on the planet. Every time I come to THIS one everything about it is horrible.
