    The only reason this is getting any kind of rating is because of the morning/daytime crew. If you get the nighttime crew, good luck. Our food was SLOPPY and COLD. I’ve never had these issues with the morning/daytime crew.

    December 3rd , 2025 . I go to plenty of Taco Bell’s and this is the only one that has been thoughtful and provides utensils and straws. Most of them don’t give you the forks, it’s the little things that deserve recognition. Give that crew a raise ! Around 11:30 am crew

    I had got severe food poisoning from this establishment two days ago only know this because I started throwing up about three hours after I ate there and was throwing up till the next day 12 AM Do not eat here unless you want to possibly die in your own vomit

    Don’t understand why these places can’t just employ a human to take orders in the drive thru versus an AI which got one part of my order wrong, to my surprise this mistake would ruin my food as I got a 3 tacos full to the brim with so much refried beans they were soggy by the time I made it to my house on bluebonnet less than 5 minutes from this Taco Bell. Even if I had wanted to actually add beans to my tacos, why the hell did they put so much. Trust me just go somewhere else, the race track next door is bound to have better food than this Taco Bell.

    This location refused to do 2 drive thru orders because the workers were too busy playing on their phones and refused to help.
