    Don’t understand why these places can’t just employ a human to take orders in the drive thru versus an AI which got one part of my order wrong, to my surprise this mistake would ruin my food as I got a 3 tacos full to the brim with so much refried beans they were soggy by the time I made it to my house on bluebonnet less than 5 minutes from this Taco Bell. Even if I had wanted to actually add beans to my tacos, why the hell did they put so much. Trust me just go somewhere else, the race track next door is bound to have better food than this Taco Bell.

    Employees are the worst 0 out of 10 & the Food represents the employees. I’ll never go back here. They literally laughed & joked about getting my order wrong.

    Went to pick up a DoorDash from this Taco Bell, as the people up front went to retrieve my meal I saw A RAT RUN ACROSS THE FLOOR, Do NOT eat here people Taco Bell on Siegan Lane is down right disgusting!!!

    What I ordered, vs what I got. (See photos) Also, the staff did not know what is in the chicken cantina burrito. I spit out the only bite I took. It was cold, enough sauce to lube a drive shaft on an 18 wheeler, and only 5 little cubelets of chicken. Squirrels have more meat on them than that overpriced "burrito".
