shawn (sean?) deserves to be a manager. I explained my pick up issue to him and he was nothing but kind and understanding. He helped me out and made my order to the T. he also had a smile that is truly one of one. he was able to help me while also keeping the line of costumers moving. he is the GOAT!

This place needs to learn how to call out the door dash orders when putting it on the table behind the counter - I should not have to wait 5 minutes for someone to come off the line to hand me the food when the food been ready (I been to this location 4 times tonight and it been happening) now if I go behind the counter and grab it I’ll be wrong lmao

I've been to many Taco Bells across the U.S. and even worked at one for a year, leaving shortly after I was offered a manager position (i.e., I know how the kitchen runs).
Generally, I laugh at the idea of rating fast food mega-franchises on these apps, and hate the idea of deriding near-minimum-wage workers when their work quality doesn't surpass what that pay honestly deserves, but I will say that this is the only location I've ever been to where the quesadillas and most items that require a quick (~30 second) stint in the steamer come out consistently lukewarm (under-steamed) and with the cheese largely unmelted. This is the sole purpose of the steamer–to melt cheese quickly and produce what should be a stringy quesadilla or melt.
This has persisted over the numerous times I've been there in the last year or so, and it's a matter of shorting the food's time in the steamer (the last station at the end of the food line). Pulling orders out ahead of the pre-timed half minute cycle to stuff the bag and pass on prematurely saves time during rush, but this has happened even when there were no other customers there.
In addition, I love the spicy potato soft taco and fiesta potato items, but can't recall a time when the potatoes hadn't clearly been sittikg out for hours to dry out. It only takes a few minutes to drop another bag of potatoes when the sitting ones are clearly dried out and cold.
Please fix this. For me, it's discouraged me from eating here entirely.

Let me just say, this was a big problem, I was doing some deliveries for Uber Eats and myself along with at least 20 others also doing some sort of free delivery service we made to stand OUTSIDE in the pouring rain for our orders. So not only was that bad but what's worse is the amount of time it took to get just 2 orders OVER ""4"" HOURS!!!

lied and told us we could pick up at the doordash window, then forced us to go around the drive through again. severe staff miscommunication and a pitiful sense of understanding, constantly a mess at night when there’s a rush. there are mcdonald’s functioning with 2 workers better than this during rush hour. shut this location down, it’s pathetic truly. train your workers to not lie to customers at least.
