- MMMacy McKinneyOct 12, 20251.0I placed a mobile order specifically to skip the line, but it completely defeated the purpose. When I arrived, I politely told the staff my name and that I had a mobile order. They acknowledged it — but then proceeded to serve every single walk-in customer before making my food. I watched multiple people come in, order, get their sandwiches, sit down, and finish eating before I ever received mine. It was frustrating and made no sense, since mobile orders are supposed to be ready ahead of time. The whole point of ordering online is to save time, but this Subway did the opposite. Terrible service and poor management of mobile orders — I won’t be coming back to this location.
