    Employee was extremely rude. This after sending just the drink for my delivery order instead of letting me know that they were out of the meat I ordered.

    Great food and service. The price is ridiculous. Nearly $29 for a foot long and a wrap. No chips or drinks. Just the sandwiches.

    So I've been eating at this subway for a very long time and never had any issues. But recently I've been using the app to order my lunch, whereas previously I normally go to store to watch food being prepared. We'll there was a new older gentleman recently started working in there and the 1st time I saw him was Tuesday, May 27th. He handed me my order when I picked it up for lunch. He looked like a sickly older guy and I tired to refrain from thinking the worse becuz the usual worker was also in the store and I hoped the other guy (the MANAGER) I believe had made my sandwich. Fast forward... Returned to work, took bites and started feeling like I had a ball of hair in my mouth!! After close examination, it wasn't hair but appeared to be some type of stingy cotton or fiber! See pictures to determine what u think it is becuz I wasn't offered any explanations when I took it back to get a refund when I got off. The manager was gone. The old guy refund my money but the discuss got worse while waiting on him to figure out how to use the register! This naughty man was talking to me and slopper fell out his mouth and landed on the paper sandwich bags that they use to put the sandwiches in after people pay. He took his hand and wiped the salavia from his chin and then took his hand and just wiped the salavia off the paper bag! I nearly gagged up on the spot!! When he handed me the cash back for my refund I didn't want to touch it!! I will never ever go back to that subway again!! And I will never order food from the app again. A matter of fact, I am probably not going to ever eat out again!! We don't know who fixing our food!!! 🤢🤢🤢

    If I could give this a zero star I would. I am very disappointed with my experience at this location. My husband and I walked in today and the worker was sitting in a booth on his phone not getting up for about 20 seconds. He never greeted us and was very rude. He made it seem like we were inconveniencing him the entire time. He also seemed unkept and had dandruff on his shirt. He had his ear buds around his neck that almost touched my sandwich as he was reaching to grab stuff for my sandwich. As we were checking out he started texting on his phone thus delaying the check out process and made us wait to get our receipt until her finished his text. Then he proceeded to scoff as another customer walked in. All in all I’m very disappointed in the whole experience and think management or the franchise owner should look into this.

    My husband won’t leave a review, but I will. He ordered The Boss online 4/26, the store could not fulfill the order, he was told “we’re out of meatballs.” Fine and dandy, but this older white man could not offer a refund and REFUSED to make the situation right, nor exchange the sandwich out for a different sandwich! While he did offer to add more pepperoni, like? That’s not even the same thing but ok! We were told to do our refund online, but now it’s been well over a week and we have heard nothing. Not only is this about the loss of $20+ but the huge inconvenience it caused during peak lunch hours. The online process is supposed to make ordering more smooth and the transaction was a disaster! Y’all have lost very loyal customers, we have been patrons since 2021, when we moved to Baton Rouge, absolutely disgusting service.
