- SJStevens Taylor JrFeb 22, 20261.0This really doesn't make any sense. I ordered two sandwiches online. My sandwich is missing tomatoes, red onions, and cheese! This is supposed to be a teriyaki chicken and I know this is not teriyaki. I don't know what they replaced it with but I don't taste any teriyaki at all. These people clearly don't care how they treat customers. I'm wondering is the crew high or something? How do u forget all these ingredients on one sandwich and put plain chicken on here and try to pass it off as a teriyaki chicken? My wife's sandwich was also missing ingredients. This really ticks me off because I get home and start watching the boxing match with family so I don't wanna go back out and now I gotta go through the hassle of trying to get management to try to make it right. I've never had a problem here besides once when gnats were circling the ingredients. I know now to order in store so I can watch them make it. Definitely done with this night crew. It's wrong to do people like this when they know good and well they wouldn't want somebody to do this to them when they spend their money somewhere.
- LHleah hauerSep 22, 20252.0Veggies weren’t fresh. Unfortunately I won’t be back for this reason. I know the food chain Is reputable for “always fresh” but I was truly disappointed in the quality at this location. Service was great. Every employee I spoke to was pleasant.
- CCCale CaleFeb 11, 20244.0Hit or miss with this subway. I usually go early before the lunch rush. Sometimes the bread seems like it was from the day before and Sometimes it's fresh.
