- SHSamantha HughesFeb 17, 20261.0Some of the worst service I've ever experienced. I went to pick up an online order and it was not made because they were out of pepperoni. Instead of the worker offering a substitute or asking if there was something she could do, she said she would cancel it. I waited at the counter for her to cancel it so I knew I wouldn't be charged. She looked at me standing there and very rudely asked if I was waiting for something else. I informed her I was waiting for her to cancel it and she said "I'm not going to do it now, I'm busy," in the most disrespectful tone you can imagine. Keep in mind there was not a single other person in the building. I can't imagine it would've taken her more than 30 seconds of her "precious" time to cancel the order. I left because I didn't want to say something disrespectful unlike the treatment I received from the employee. The order was thankfully cancelled 10 minutes later. Will not be going back and I hope someone will teach their workers some manners.
