- RRReyNov 9, 20251.0I ordered online and paid. No one was there. Store locked up and open sign off. Says online they are open. I DIDNT GET MY MONEY BACK!! This subway is the worst one out there and i hope they close.

I was trying to contact store but nobody pick up the phone & on google it was showing store is open. I didn’t even get my money back yet. Anyhow I want my money back.

When I received my order there was no cheese on one sandwich and provolone cheese on the other. I wanted one sandwich toasted and the other cold. Lori switched them. When I called she was argumentative stating its on camera that she put cheese on both. I can not leave my job today, hence me getting lunch delivered. Lori was hostile and wrong! She gave me Alli, the owner's number but he is not answering. This is the 5th time they have gotten my order so wrong that I didn't want to eat it. I guess its my fault for giving them so many opportunities. The family that owns this subway are not friendly and they have hired a manager, Lori who is the same way. This is in a neighborhood of poor people and hospitals and clinics so I doubt if they every shut down. The do well when you come in to order but uber eats and online orders suck
