Asked to be helped with some more veggies and was told “I could get a “pinch” but the rules say you only get so much spinach and lettuce in a protein bowl.” I home with a half empty bowl of food, and I am furious with the service I received here today.

She was very nasty after I requested a refund and when I asked for her name she told her associate to “just hang up on her” which they did. The unprofessionalism is not caused for a $5 meal.
