- MTMonique TaylorJan 18, 20261.0First of all when I got there, a hopper was wearing a Cookies Dispensary shirt, not in uniform. The boy taking my order (who seemed to NOT be trained) started ringing things up on my order that I did not ask for like “add cheese” on the jr. hamburger—which doesn’t come with cheese. Not once did he ask for my drinks and assumed I wanted tots with my meals, and I’m watching this from the screen. When I corrected him he said, “Well, you didn’t say that”, and started laughing. This is unprofessional and just trifling. Instead of following my gut and walking into the restaurant to cause a scene, I rolled up my window and drove away. It’s 2026, teach these KIDS how to give customer service before another ignorant person comes along and makes him regret his decisions!

The center was still uncooked dough. My soft pretzel was shriveled up and sad. The Sprite zero with green apple flavor only had green apple color. The flavor was barely ha. there. Atp I’m a lil concerned about eating the chili cheese fries, but I couldn’t finish the other stuff so I’m starving. I’m mad cause I tipped too. Let me get my three dollars back thanks
