I have noticed the difference in service among other races with the staff and after my last visit, I will not return. I pray this review finds its way to the casino owners, so that they will understand the power of money can be spent anywhere and some people actually know how to take their business elsewhere!

Just to have the person to answer explain they cant place orders for pick up over the phone and that it has to be done online or in person. I explained that online was down and it directed to call. They said they would talk to their manage, 6 more minutes on hold they said sorry we have had too many people place orders on the phone and not show up if you want to come in that is the only way we can help you since our website is down. Then hung up. Decided that that experience isn't worth putting my money behind. I won't ever eat here now. THE EDIT IS THIS SECTION: Got a response back from management. It was a response but it came off as mechanical and corporatized. This sat with me oddly so I scrolled through to the other bad reviews and saw very similar mechanical writing and its got me wondering. Are these responses now replied with AI because they do feel very chat GPT like responses if you look. Just something I had to share.
