- GHGene HamesDec 11, 20181.0First time at this Pizza Hut on O'Neal lane in BR. Ordered a hand tossed pepperoni. When I got it, it looked like a thin crust. I said to the lady which I think was the manager or assistant manager that "This looks like the thinnest hand tossed I've ever seen." They made another one for me. But I didn't see much improvement. It's like they are cutting back on the dough. I've worked at two different pizza stores so I know how it's supposed to look. Don't order from here, I'm not. I drive to Denham Springs instead.

I ordered a large supreme, no peppers, instead extra black olives or onions. The pizza was worse than the worst possible frozen pizza. There was absolutely no cheese, not even any pizza sauce. It looked like a few pieces of meat, burnt onions on flat burnt bread. Awful. Then I called the manager and started telling her my complaint and she put me on hold and never came back to the phone. I sat there and put my phone on speaker mode, waiting for her to pick up. Twenty five minutes and counting-she never came back to the phone. I hung up. Unbelievable-considering the competition out there.
