  Who ever was working the afternoon of 12/17/25 really dropped the ball. Pizza was undercooked idk how. And wings tasted like garbage and cheese sticks were still doughy. Worst big dinner box we’ve ever had.

  I ordered the Ultimate Hut through Instacart /Uber Eats. Both pizzas were undercooked and taste like bread dough. Instantly made me vomit and have bubble guts. I will be reporting this location to the department of health about food safety issues.

  I have been waiting for a refund of $45 for over three weeks now from a pizza order I put in through y’all website. The general manager is never there when I call or it’s she’ll be here the next day and the next day. But now it’s she’s on vacation until Monday. This is poor customer service and overall poor everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I need pizza or my money back ASAP.

  Placed an order for 2 pizzas that had not been delivered for 2 hours with no notice. After several calls being put on hold, we were told that “we’ll take care of it” and hung up on. Ten minutes later the order disappeared and we were reimbursed.
