Understandably it’s not the store’s fault on the delivery but not issuing the refund and then deleting the review is insulting.Gaslighting & losing a customer’s isn’t worth $20; also I don’t want anyone else from the team to reach out, we’ll count our losses. First the whole wrong order was delivered. 2nd the driver was high and now tonight the pizza was left outside, no knock on the door or notice that it was here.

I ordered online and it said that I should receive my order in 28 minutes; “k, cool no problem” so after 30 minutes I called the store to check on the status of my pizza the girl asked me no questions she just told me it should be on it’s way and then hung up in my face. After 10 minutes I called back no one picked up so I kept calling, mind you the store is still open. An hour has passed and I have no food still and my card has been charged twice and no one is answering the phone. 1 hour and thirty minutes has passed and now the store is closed and I can’t call the hot line because it’s sunday and they are also closed. I used to love papa johns, hate it now.
