Here in Baton Rouge it's a family style southern sweetness. Ted and Tim manage this location with the same energy a southern diner provides. Hot coffee and Tea. Wifi is fast and the service workers behind the counters have a smile that will warm any cold northerner such as myself.

Deliveries consistently take longer than the estimated timeframe, and the food almost always arrives cold. Tonight’s experience was the final straw. If Panera wants to keep customers, they seriously need to improve their delivery system and communication.
