- BPBrandon Paul1 day ago1.0Restaraunt not busy. Early afternoon. Floor is slippery and disgusting. Garbage littered on floor throughout. Numerous tables left unbussed throughout. No menus or silverware from host. Not noticed by waitstaff at table, had to go to host stand to get them. Server is very nice and accommodating. Asked for Coffee during drink order. Gnats/flying insects around table. Had to ask again for the Coffee after drinks were brought to table. Asked for additional lemons from 2 different people 3 times before they were brought. Coffee came with salads and soups instead of drinks. Coffee tastes rancid Tomatoes in wedge are mushy and turning spoiled Witnessed busboy eating food off of a table in dining room with gloved hands......did I really just see that? French onion soup way too salty and thick, like its a base for a soup instead of a soup itself. No bread brought to table until after soups and salads were already eaten. This discovery by us was overheard by another server when we realized we never had bread. Thanks to him for initiative. Water had to be shared due to limited table touches. 4 steaks cooked perfectly 1 steak overcooked, no shrimp brought with the order - had to remind server. New steak brought back, now undercooked. Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience overall. Probably would visit 1 more time to see if this was an off day or if this is a consistent issue.

Like can you offer me something else if you know the baked potatoes have been sitting for longer than they should… cause I’m just about burnt out in disappointment. Each time they do this, I wait a while before eating there again.
