Needless to say, that was the last straw and it's safe to say I won't be back. Do better.

A few times while going through the drive thru I was met with bad attitude and lack of patience. I'm told a lot of the time to pull up by the door because something isn't ready or whatever and usually sit and wait at least 10 mins but a couple times almost 20 mins before I had to park and then go inside and see what's going on. It's usually that there is misunderstanding that no one knew that they were supposed to bring me my food. And when I get my food it is not in any way neatly put together. My burgers have a big clump of pickles and the condiments are only on one side and either in a big clump and got all over the outside of the bread or barely have any condiments on it but what is on it is still on one side. The burgers are misaligned along with the cheese. And the machine that is used for making frappès is usually being cleaned or not working along with the ice cream shake/ blizzard machine. The only reason I still go is because it is right by my house and the kids like to stop and get breakfast on the way to and sometimes from school. But there have been a few times where I've went through the drive thru and had a really great experience with friendly fast service but I always have the issue with the making of the burgers being messy.
