When someone finally came to the counter, she didn't help me. She went straight to another customer. I actually thought I'd be in and out since I used the kiosk to order but after twenty minutes of not being helped, I just tore my ticket up and went elsewhere. It's always something going wrong with this location. Your order is messed up, the food is cold, customer service is lacking, you name it. Please save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

One time, I came in the morning and the doors were locked even though it was well after opening. Myself and two other folks wasted time. Then today the place lost power, but only McDonalds in the whole plaza. So frustrating because I couldn’t cancel my breakfast order since it was “already in progress” so I couldn’t even place another order elsewhere. There was an unhelpful lady with an attitude at the window; this place is honestly the worst McDonald’s in town. They need to get their act together.
