Waited in curbside for 30 minutes then went to drive thru said to go to second window then hands me a random bag when I clarify it wasn’t mine I was then told I needed to go inside then they get the order wrong anyway

Each time we go through the drive through the service is terrible…we never post anything about services, however we have seen the decline in all aspects of this restaurant…you can do better

Worst McDonald’s ever. They serve drive through before dine in and pickup. I waited 40 minutes for a cheeseburger, coke, and hot chocolate. They marked it picked up after 11 minutes. I asked multiple people about it. They were all rude, snippy, and the manager ignored me. Then one of them went in the back complaining and yelling at the manager for not Being a manager. Avoid this at all costs. If I could have just cancelled my order, I would have. Once they marked it picked up, you can’t cancel. $6 isn’t worth that wait and experience. The poor little boy in line waiting next to me was crying for his happy meal. Five drive through customers came in while I was waiting complaining their orders were wrong.

Was treated like it was my fault that they did not give me everything that I ordered.
Got home and my burger was RAW. Went back and showed the manager and was told that "that's the way it's supposed to be"

I wish I could give a lower rating. Do not go here. This place is gross, the workers r so bad I thought I needed to make a whole review about it bc it’s that bad. I don’t usually take the time to do this- but I’m so angry. It’s the closest McDonald’s to our house and iv tried to bring my kid multiple times… thinking maybe they were just having a bad day. I won’t go back it’s absolutely horrible
