I waited ten minutes or longer for my order to never be taken, and all I wanted was a drink. So when I go inside to order and address my concern, the only thing I’m told is that orders are being taken in both lanes. That’s a LIE because people were driving up in the other lane, just arriving to McDonald’s, and still had their order taken before mine. I even spoke into the speaker and said, “Hello,” and not one employee came on and said, “Hello,” or “We’ll be right with you.” This location, I would not recommend anyone to visit.

They are the slowest location I have patronized so far, they will have you waiting to take your order for nearly 10 minutes, they don’t have sense or common decency to say I will be with you in a moment or anything. I don’t know if there is too many youngsters working in there or what but it was never this damn slow. You will literally spend a total of 15 minutes between waiting to place your order and them giving you your order. It’s ridiculous!!
