- LLLaToya Lands4 days ago1.0I came yesterday around 4pm and received horrible service. When I stood at the counter the workers kept looking at me and not saying anything. Didn't get anyone to take my order or anything. Finally the guy that was on break came and told me to do my order on the kiosk. Okay whatever. The kiosk didn't even give me a receipt. Whatever to that too. Then I'm waiting on my food. They didn't even call out orders just sat them on the counter and walked away. Me and another guy finally went to look in the bags and even he was pissed they didn't tell us it was ready. Then I'm waiting on my bottled water for my meal and again the workers are behind the counter looking at me crazy and ignoring me. I waited a few minutes then got frustrated and yelled hello a few times until I got someone's attention. Finally got my water and left. Got in my vehicle and the fries were cold...not a big surprise. My McRib wasn't even made right. Had the sticker on the box correct... extra onions and pickles. Do u think it had extra?? Of course not!!! I will never go back to that location and warn others also!!! Horrible, horrible customer service

If the employees can't do their job correctly, it makes me wonder about the quality of food I'll be receiving. Avoid at all costs.

- KBKizzle beatzzOct 18, 20251.0It's Saturday 10:30 am, went to drive thru, I was asked if I was using the mobile App, I said no, the lunch menu was up at 10:30am , was told by the 1st window, wasn't serving breakfast anymore , and lunch wasn't ready, but had the menu up, they were turning people down , and turning customers away , what kind of service is this , it's Saturday October 18,2025,that whole staff and management on shift needs to be fired on this day, why ask if I was using the mobile app , if no orders weren't being taken. Need to be sued for misleading ppl
