This location should just close down. If you dare to order a meal only ONE thing may be right. Their sweet tea is always horrible. If your fries are fresh you can count on you sandwich to be horribly made. Just skip this one and head to Perkins location or be disappointed.

SO RUDE! i get its just mcdonald’s but i have NEVER been spoken to in since a rude way. this behavior should not be acceptable and since they did not want to answer phone this is what i have to do. it’s one thing when the customer asks for something they didn’t order but i ordered something and it was on my receipt and payed for and i was told “don’t ask i can’t come back outside leave.”

Went to order a meal on this day, jan 24.2026,around 9am, and ordered a coffee to go with the meal , asked for 4 sugars packets for the coffee and someone in the 2nd window was to lazy not to put sugar packets in the bag, this location is known to leave something out with a meal, to lazy to put everything in the bag that goes with a meal or break fast and 2nd window at this location is known to give customers beverages without ice too. They gotta do better

I have never had a worse experience anywhere than I do every time I go to this McDonalds location, specifically anytime after 10 P.M. Employees are constantly rude and act as though you are bothering them by having the nerve to come to the establishment during operating hours to order food. Constantly making you pull forward despite no one being in line behind you, say they’re “waiting on fries” only to give you cold fries when they finally decide to give you your order. Once again, this happens when no other customers are there. wow. Typically, when you have a mobile order they want you to stop at the first window to get your receipt. I followed that pattern, said I had a mobile order then stopped at the first window for my receipt. No one was there. A woman at the second window screamed “MA’AM” loudly at me so I pulled forward. God forbid a girl want her receipt. We pulled forward, she rudely stated that they were out of tea gave us a replacement and told us to pull up to “wait on our fries”. Around five minutes later when we finally received our food, it was cold. Absolutely shameful experience. And it doesn’t surprise me because this location is ALWAYS like this at night. The only unsurprising thing about our order experience last night was that there wasn’t a group of employees smoking outside as there usually is. If you can’t have a good attitude about working in food service, maybe find a different job. Absolutely despicable service every time we go to this location. Shameful.

I came yesterday around 4pm and received horrible service. When I stood at the counter the workers kept looking at me and not saying anything. Didn't get anyone to take my order or anything. Finally the guy that was on break came and told me to do my order on the kiosk. Okay whatever. The kiosk didn't even give me a receipt. Whatever to that too. Then I'm waiting on my food. They didn't even call out orders just sat them on the counter and walked away. Me and another guy finally went to look in the bags and even he was pissed they didn't tell us it was ready. Then I'm waiting on my bottled water for my meal and again the workers are behind the counter looking at me crazy and ignoring me. I waited a few minutes then got frustrated and yelled hello a few times until I got someone's attention. Finally got my water and left. Got in my vehicle and the fries were cold...not a big surprise. My McRib wasn't even made right. Had the sticker on the box correct... extra onions and pickles. Do u think it had extra?? Of course not!!! I will never go back to that location and warn others also!!! Horrible, horrible customer service
