Went here 02/23/26 12:05 AM and the skinny girl at the window hid behind the counter when she saw me so she didn’t have to serve anybody. Pathetic and lazy.

Nobody should ever visit this location. The absolute worst Mcdonalds I have ever been to. I had to wait 30 minutes in a filthy lobby to get 2 burgers, fries, a shamrock oreo McFlurry, and a shamrock shake. The entire time the staff was swearing and yelling at each other, which was funny at first, but then I realized it's because they have no idea what they are doing. I went up to the worker and asked what the status was on my order. He said "oh it's going to be a while." That's it. I asked "why?" He responded "because there's a lot of door dash orders in front of you." This was after 20 minutes! Finally we got our food, and we were not given our oreo shamrock McFlurry. The worker said "we don't sell that." HOW!? It was on your menu! I said I needed a refund, and they were dumbfounded. As if they are clueless that people want a refund for items they don't receive.
Finally we ate, and we couldn't even finish it. The fries were the worst I've ever had at any McDonalds location (burnt), the Big Mac was drowning in sauce, and I found what looked like a curly pubic hair in my fries. I wanted to vomit.

If I cant see your kitchen or have front of house service won't even try to do business with McDonald's. That would be a forever goodbye.
