Went to play laser tag and 1 of the guns was broken. Played games and game took money from card but no game. Could not have been more disappointed. Complained and all I got was yea I know. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

I had my “tokens” eaten MULTIPLE times. Got tired of asking for refunds. Can’t speak for the laser tag or ropes couse as I didn’t do them.

We got tired of going to customer service for refunds when the games didn’t work. In the end, we just left and didn’t ask for any more refunds. The arcade games were dirty and sticky; it doesn’t appear that anyone has cleaned them in a while. We definitely won’t be back.

The obstacle course thing was closed so we did not get to try it. And we did not stay for food. There were many birthday parties happening while we were there. Nearly all bowling lanes were occupied. Not a bad atmosphere in all, just not my cup of tea in my opinion
- SGScorpio GoddessFeb 5, 20261.0I went here for my son bday drove over 3 hours to come and celebrate one of the waiters working the bowling lanes stole money off of my bank card I contacted the store and corporate and neither cared about what had the level of I don’t care that was given from both individuals is very disappointing I really was so happy to be a customer at this establishment but after this seeing how little they care about the treatment of their customer is honestly disgusting beware of the waiter he was a young male stealing money from bank cards
