Jimmy John’s catered my daughter’s pre- wedding day lunch during hair and makeup. The sandwiches were fresh and ready on time. The staff was kind and polite and make sure we had everything before we left. Double checked !!!!

I work around the corner and come here often. Doesn't matter what time, there is a crazy wait. Last time I had to ask after waiting 20 minutes to even order if it would be another 15 to get a sandwich because I only get 30 minute lunch. I've been late a couple of times waiting for jimmy johns. Im gonna have to give up on this location one more time being late. And no one wants to give me my points. They act frustrated when I ask to give them my phone number to get my point.

What an absolute freaking joke Jimmy Johns has become. Two cars ahead of me in the drive through. 15 min go by... still two cars ahead of me. It shouldnt take 25min to get a damn sandwich.

I love the sandwiches. But if the app tells me that my order is ready, then it should be ready. Too many times, they haven't even started my order.

Let me start by saying I normally don’t review fast food restaurants because the bar is already pretty low — but this experience was bad enough to mention.
My wife and I were driving from Fort Worth to New Orleans on a tight schedule and decided to stop at this Jimmy John’s because there were no cars in the drive-thru and it was past the lunch rush. We ordered clearly at the counter and confirmed that we wanted cold subs, not toasted.
After waiting about 13 minutes and watching several drive-thru and a call-ahead orders get served first, our sandwiches finally came out after they noticed I was frustrated with the wait, both toasted and hot. We were frustrated but calm. I told the cashier our order was wrong and that I’d like a refund. I explained we’d eat the sandwiches since we had to get back on the road, but it wasn’t right to pay for something made incorrectly.
Then the manager jumped in, speaking to my wife in a rude, condescending tone, insisting she’d refund and remake the order only if we returned the wrong sandwiches. At that point, we didn’t have time to wait another 10–15 minutes, and the attitude made us lose all confidence in the place. I told them to just refund the bill and we left.
$34 for two wrong sandwiches and a rude manager is unacceptable. So much for “freaky fast.” Disappointing all around.
